LOW-CAL Savory Shrimp Scampi

Ready in less than 20! This savory low cal shrimp dish is indulgent. At 120 calories/serving, this can be the main course of a meal portioned with sides...   or as an entertaining hors d'oeuvre.  The savory combination of garlic, pepper, and lemon with shrimp is a winner!

120cal is calculated on an approx. 4oz serving size. (size of shrimp determine how many/serving)

 

  

Savory Shrimp Scampi
 
What you'll need:
1 lbs  -  Large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
1  -  Large Lemon
1 tbsp  -  Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tbsp  -  Melted butt
3 cloves  -  garlic (minced)
1 tsp  -  Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp  -  Kosher salt
1/2 tsp  -  Fresh cracked pepper
1/2 tsp  -  Crushed red pepper flakes
2 tbsp  -  Fresh chopped parsley
 
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Combine melted butter, about a tsp of zest from the lemon, juice of the lemon, worstshershire sauce, olive oil, salt, pepper, pepper flakes, garlic in a mixing bowl....   mix well.
Add shrimp and toss to coat. In a single layer, arrange shrimp in a casserole dish. Pour any reserved mixture over the shrimp.
Bake for 10 minutes, or until shrimp are done.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve immediately...   Enjoy!
